Imina Technologies launches a new option for its NANO Product Line: the Large Sample Adapter (LSA41).
The option keeps all the features of the standard solution, like flexibility and stability, among others, and adds the ability to load large and tall samples such as wafers, packaged samples and cross-section holders. The LSA is tightened on the nanoprobing platform with a manual knob and is installed/removed with no tools in less than a minute.
