New demo lab in Singapore at WinTech Nano

We partnered with point electronic and Tektronix to establish top-level nanoprobing and electrical failure analysis services at WinTech Nano in Singapore.

The new Imina Technologies' nanoprobing setup offers unprecedented performance in terms of sensitivity, stability, and time-to-data. The setup is equipped with the best-in-class electrical failure analysis (EFA) module from point electronic and high-performance Keithley 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer from Tektronix. WinTech Nano will use this setup to provide nanoprobing and EFA services and will function as a demo site for the potential customers interested in such capabilities for their own labs.

“We are extremely pleased to collaborate with all the partners and to add Imina’s comprehensive nanoprobing solution to our services. Ever-evolving analytical equipment is essential for us to assist the progress of technology, even at the smallest technology nodes. I wish the collaboration every success.” - Li Xiaomin, President of WinTech Nano Group.

“We are proud to offer an advanced nanoprobing solution that can be used for swift demos and services in the region without having to send samples to Europe. We are happy to establish such a good relationship with a service provider catering to the most sophisticated needs of semiconductor industry.” - Guillaume Boetsch, Head of Sales and Marketing at Imina Technologies.

“I am enthusiastic about the new opportunities this setup creates for everyone and I look forward to support WinTech Nano with our latest EFA solutions and expertize. This partnership brings greater value to our common customers." - Christoph Sichting, Managing Director of point electronic.

“We are proud to be part of this international partnership and to support it with our excellent parameter analyzer for uncompromised measurements and analysis.” - Vincent Kwa, Country Sales Director, Tektronix Southeast Asia.

To celebrate the installation, we host a hybrid (in-person and online) workshop on nanoprobing and electrical failure analysis with a live demo at WinTech Nano, which will take place right after IPFA exhibition, on July 21, 2022.
