Imina Technologies, together with Tektronix, recently held a hands-on workshop at Shimadzu Corporation in Kyoto, focusing on nanoprobing solutions for nanoscale electrical characterization and failure analysis.
The workshop brought together researchers and engineers for practical demonstrations and technical discussions around electrical measurements at the nanoscale. Participants had the opportunity to see live measurements and explore different approaches to nanoprobing for the characterization of semiconductor devices and the investigation of electrical failures.
Alongside the demonstrations, the workshop provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss current measurement challenges, as well as techniques for analyzing increasingly small and complex device structures.
The event was organized with the support of Apollowave, our distributor in Japan, and provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen our collaboration with Shimadzu and the local research and engineering community.
The workshop is part of our ongoing efforts to support the development and application of advanced measurement techniques for nanoscale electrical characterization and failure analysis.
